A golf outing puts a hundred people on a course for most of a day, and the clubhouse only has a few restrooms, often a long cart ride from the far holes. A company picnic at a park pavilion has the same problem: one small block of park restrooms, or none at all.
A trailer parked by the cart lot or at the edge of the pavilion lawn takes care of both. Three private rooms, each with a flushing toilet, running water at the sink, and climate control, so it is cool in July and warm at an October scramble.
